Novelworx started the way most category-defining companies do — by fixing a problem nobody wanted to own. Businesses across India were burning time and money running HR, payroll, and compliance in-house, or cobbling together four different vendors for four different headaches. We built one operating partner instead.
Today, Novelworx runs the non-negotiable, hard-to-get-right parts of business operations for 50-plus companies across ten-plus industries — from fast-growing startups to established manufacturing and IT services firms. That includes full-spectrum HR and staffing, payroll and statutory compliance, accounting and finance operations, Global Capability Centre (GCC) setup and management under a Build-Operate-Transfer model, and a growing digital transformation practice covering automation, ERP, and cloud enablement.
